Scott Johnson
Founder and Senior Pastor
Scott grew up believing that in order to have something of your own, you must first be faithful in that of another man’s. Prior to stepping out into his own ministry in Amarillo, he worked for Kenneth Copeland Ministries for more than 20 years. Scott was the Director of Television from 1993-1999. As the television director, Scott did more than produce the Believer's Voice of Victory television programs and KCM's children's movies. He fulfilled one more important segment in the call of God on his life.
In 1999, Scott Johnson founded BelieversWay Ministries and planted BelieversWay Church (BWC) in Amarillo, Texas. Along with BWC Vail, Colorado in 2003 and BWC Midland, Texas in 2005. Compelled by a fervent vision to plant 55 churches across the United States and beyond that are passionate to reach the lost, the un-churched and the religious in their communities, bringing them to the path of a true believer; established in faith, wisdom and maturity that is evident by their vibrant lives.
Today, Scott along with his wife Missy pastor the BWC congregation in Amarillo, Texas while giving spiritual oversight and direction to two daughter churches - with 52 more on the way.
